Approach
Having discovered EOS, Kolbe and Five Behaviours whilst leading an organisation, I set about implementing the tools and disciplines into that business. I was inspired by the success these systems bring and wanted to teach and help implement them into other organisations. So I’m teaching real-world practical tools that I know will make a difference to your organisation, because I’ve been through the process myself.
Take control
I will teach you the practical tools you need to get control of your business. I will facilitate the discussion and debates to help you go and execute what’s needed. Then I will coach you through the process, to help you understand yourself, your people and your business better.
Steps
Firstly, we’ll set up an initial 15-minute introductory call, to understand each other and your organisations’ needs. Then we’ll arrange a 90-minute meeting with you and your leadership team where I’ll showcase the tools, disciplines, and concepts. We then agree on the best solutions for your needs.
But please rest assured if I don’t think I can help you, I will say so.
